A: Yes, as long as you have set an alarm on SmartShaker through the app, the unit will continue to work regardless of the location of your phone.
Q: Is the vibration strong? Is it good for heavy sleeper?
A: SmartShaker vibrates three times stronger than an iPhone’s alarm. Many of our customers replied back that it has a strong enough alarm to wake up and the tone is loud enough to hear as well.
Q: If I put the SmartShaker under the pillow, would it bother me?
A: It is small and light. You will not feel it in your sleep.
Q: Why does the SmartShaker ‘show’ as disconnected after it is paired?
A: The SmartShaker is designed to function independently. Since it does not need to be connected, it will disconnect from your device after making any changes to the settings.

A: The SmartShaker uses beeps to indication connection and battery status.
