    Dr. Seuss This is a great birthday book for a little child. We bought it for a one year old and read it to her that day. She listened and since then has enjoyed it again and again. I don't think you can introduce books too early to a little one. Can you not guess that I am a retired librarian? I love Dr. Seuss and have seen several children learn to read with his books. This is one of my favorites.

    Nothing better than a Dr Seuss book. Ordered this for my two year old grands birthday with all the other stuff I got him . He loves books just like his dad did. I havnt read it my self but my son says it's a great book and his son just loves it . He wants to read again and again. DR Seuss books are great for children. I started all three of my kids off on them . I ordered while I was pregnant the first time they came with six and then every month you recieve ed two moreover.     Laundry detergent Cute story. Not for a one-year-old by themselves. Movable parts would tear off so easily. Even for my four-year-old. The smelly flowers in the story smell like laundry detergent.
