    I've wanted a smart door lock for quite some time now I'm always a bit wary when a majority of a product's reviews are not "Verified Purchase" and they are all 5 stars. Not saying that those reviews are not legit, but I always place a bit more weight on reviews that are from verified purchases. So here it is, my two cents.

    I really wanted to like this - BUT it is not safe I have given August a solid try for nearly 6 months and I have to say I am very disappointed. I wanted to post this review to hopefully save someone money and time:

    IOS app desperately needs work. Great concept, love having the door unlock when I arrive, but there are unpardonable issues with it at least when using the IOS app. In addition, the customer support phone number is available *nowhere* on their website. Fortunately if you send an email, the autoresponder sends the number to you. I did not get an answer by holding, but they have an option to press 2 to have someone call you. When you do that, it tells you to keep holding or press 2 to leave a message. It doesn't listen, and...
